A consulting firm for construction projects in New York.

Established in 2018, Savvy Construction Management Inc. is a consulting firm specializing in project management, safety management, construction document preparation and control, scheduling, plans, value engineering, design support, drafting, and shop and as-built drawings.

We work with general contractors and owners on infrastructure projects across the MTA (NYCTA, Bridges and Tunnels, LIRR, Metro-North, and MTACC), the NYC School Construction Authority, and other public and private clients in New York.

Our team has also delivered work on projects for other New York public agencies, including NYS OGS, NYCSCA, NYCHA, NYC DPR, NYS DPR, NYS DOT, NYC DOT, DASNY, CUNY, and SUNY.

Every project on our public registry is a contract we have worked on.
